    Adams Communications founded itself in 1979 to expand on and challenge the role of the telephone research methodology in the IT-oriented research market and society. The company conducts around 400 research projects per year of which more than 65% consist of research via the telephone methodology.

    With the establishment of a new call center in Aomori in 2003, Adams Communications continues its effort to meet client needs in high-quality telephone research. The company has maintained the state-of -the-art technology and system in its telephone methodology to deliver the high-quality services to the clients. The company now uses the centralized control system, CATI (Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing) in its 100 interviewing booths, with monitoring and recording capabilities.

    In addition, the teams of dedicated research professionals have helped the company to achieve the best research results. Adams Communications has enhanced the productivity, quality, and overall customer satisfaction of research projects by its technology of the data collection systems, well-trained interviewers, and research professionals with advanced skills and knowledge.

    With new web servers, the company uses ScyWeb, the most advanced software available for web surveys, to meet todayfs client needs for faster self-administrative interviews. The company has also developed TelWeb, a hybrid telephone/web survey methodology to meet future needs from its clients.
