China Marketing Research Association (CMRA) held a conference
on August 23rd ? 24th, where Norio Taori, Chairman of Japan Marketing
Research Association (JMRA), gave a presentation on the theme
gFor Development of the CJK Networkh (note: CJK represents China,
Japan and Korea).
In his speech, Taori recommended that the marketing associations
in Japan, China and Korea begin to cooperate further with each
other.
In addition, he expressed the view of the impact of the Internet
on marketing research and the potential of new research structures
presenting the current conditions of the Japanese marketing research
industry explaining changes in the research environment, such
as Private Information Protection Law and bans on public access
to the Basic Resident Resister.
In conclusion, Taori delivered the message from JMRA - he roused
the marketers and researchers at the forefront of Chinese marketing
by saying, gResearchers, think globally!h, and received enthusiastic
applause from the audience.
