Accommodation Accommodation can be arranged on request. However, participants will make their own payments after arrival.
Simultaneous translator We will arrange a simultaneous translator of your language during the conference if the number of participants from your association is 25 or more. If the number of participants is less than 25, we will prepare an English translator instead.
