Participation fee

JPY24,150 per participant. The fee also covers Farewell Party. Free tickets are available for those who make formal presentation at the conference.

Accommodation

Accommodation can be arranged on request. However, participants will make their own payments after arrival.

Simultaneous translator Simultaneous translation service of Chinese and Korean will be arranged during the conference. Simultaneous translation service of English will not be arranged.
