【開催趣旨】
AI・ロボット共創社会の構築を目指した社会の理解を深めるため、AI・ロボットをとりまく法的環境の変化に着眼し、国内外の複合領域分野の専門家らによる
講演およびパネルディスカッションを行う。
シンポジウムの開催にあたっては、理研AIP情報法制チーム、JST RISTEX
（法・経済・経営とＡＩ・ロボット技術の対話による将来の社会制度の共創プロ
ジェクト）が、最先端の法学研究をはじめとする社会科学を軸とした強みを持ち寄り、シナジー効果を発揮する。
近年のAI・ロボットのブームの中、実現性のない制度設計や過剰な未来志向の議論は排し、現状、現実に沿った正しいメッセージを参加者らに届け、社会の
関心をさらに喚起することを大きな狙いとする。
This symposium focuses on the deepening of the understanding of society which aims to develop AI and robot use as a part of an AI and Robots Co-Existence Society. Thus, we will be discussing some changes in the legal environment in relation to AI and robot use. Furthermore, lectures and panel discussions will be organised by the experts in the various related fields in Japan and the international academic community.
The organisation structure is as follows:
organised by the RIKEN AIP Information Law Team, by JST RISTEX, (the ‘Law, Economics, Management and Co-Creation Project of the Future of Social Systems by a Dialogue with AI ・ Robot Technology’);
the Third-Generation AI Boom : we should exclude unrealistic system design and excessive future-oriented discussions but deliver an appropriate message according to the current situation and reality to the participants.
